A passionate love for the kitchen that never fades. Our restaurateurs Petter Nyberg and Pär ”Perry” Eriksson have worked closely together since 2005. Their contagious pride in their profession and genuine commitment to each guest sets the tone. Our staff is our most important resource. Our strong love for the profession charges the atmosphere night after night. Our relationship with cooking has remained unchanged from the restaurant’s humble beginning in 2012, regardless of time and economy. A deep respect for the basics, mixed with playful creativity, are important ingredients for our ranking among gourmands. We are where we want to be.
